		<description>Here are my (5hr IM biker) powers in the pre-season:  5min = 317W and 30min = 271W.

I checked these against Hunter Allen&#039;s scores for cyclists to see how my 5min time matched up to my 30min avg power.  And they scored nearly the same (mid cat3).  Here is the link:  http://www.cyclingpeakssoftware.com/power411/powerprofiling_v4.xls

I must emphasize this is pre-season.  The 30min test estimates that my FT (60min) best average power would be 252W.  Last season, for example, I often tested 270-295 for FT.
